World Snooker Tour (WST) Competition

Competition rules:

1. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Verisure, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. Proof of identity and age may be required.

2. Entry: Entry into the competition is free. No purchase necessary. Entrants must follow the specific entry instructions. Entries submitted after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.

3. Prizes: Details of the prize(s) can be found in the competition promotional material. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Verisure reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be selected at random. The judges' decision (or the outcome of the draw) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone within a specified number of days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Verisure reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Publicity: Entrants agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

7. Liability: Verisure is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it is promoted.

8. Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments: Verisure reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Verisure's control.
