Motion detection and shock sensors are triggered by an intruder, sending an alarm signal to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
When your alarm is triggered, our security experts in the ARC will gain access to 3 still images from the GuardVision Photo Detector camera to verify the intrusion.
If the images confirm a break-in, our security experts will activate the appropriate response protocol, notfiying keyholders, the police and/or dispatching a private security guard to your property if necessary.
If you have a ZeroVision alarm system, we can also deploy a smoke screen to deter intruders.

Our monitored smoke alarms are connected to the ARC, and will alert the ARC of a fire in your property, even when the alarm is not armed. If 2 or more fire alarms are triggered, or if the ARC can identify signs of fire, the fire brigade and emergency services will be contacted immediately, even if no one is home.
