In case of an emergency or SOS, our customers can ask for help by pressing the SOS button placed on the VoicePad, the Remote Control or the Panic Button.

This SOS will be sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre even if the alarm is disarmed, so we can be there for you 24/7.

Alarm Verification

To ensure a fast and safe response, our trained agents will listen through the VoicePad and ensure you are not in a threatening situation. If there’s no threat confirmed, they will proceed to verify the emergency with images from Video Detectors and will try to talk to you through the VoicePad. When needed, our trained agents will have access to the Arlo cameras only for verification purposes.

Emergency Handover

Once the emergency services arrive at your property, Verisure will be with you until our agents make sure you and your loved ones are safe and taken care of.

High-priority Response

Since these types of signals are classified as high priorities, our UK-based Alarm Receiving Centre is designed to respond to every SOS as soon as possible. Our SOS buttons are answered on average in under 20 seconds by our SSAIB Certificated Alarm Receiving Centre, to ensure we can give you True Security protection in case of an SOS when every second counts.

Immediate Intervention
(Intrusion Verified)

Once the Alarm Receiving Centre verifies the emergency, we will send the appropriate emergency service and share all essential information with them for more effective intervention.

Our agents will be in direct contact with you and will continue to monitor the situation until help arrives. Simultaneously, we will inform you about the emergency. If they are unable to speak to you, they will call the contacts in your Action Plan.
