Intrusion Protocol with Verification and Immediate intervention
Early Detection
When someone tries to break in, our Shock Sensors (installed in your doors and windows) will detect the intruders even before they enter, thanks to their vibration detection.
This detection will activate the high-power siren, and the Central Unit will send the alarm signal to the Alarm Receiving Centre.
We can also detect intruders with our video detectors when the total arm mode is activated. They have an integrated motion detector and will trigger the alarm when movement is detected.
Alarm Verification
The Alarm Receiving Centre will request images from the video detectors and audio from the VoicePad to verify the intrusion. When needed, our trained agents will have access to the Arlo cameras only for verification purposes.

Security Restorage
Once the incident has been resolved by the police, guard, and the emergency services (if required), Verisure will ensure that security is restored. We will re-establish 24/7 security and can assist with finding a local locksmith and/or boarding contractors to secure the property.

Alarm Response
Our UK-based Alarm Receiving Centre is designed to respond to an alarm triggering in less than 60 seconds. Verisure Alarm Receiving Centre is composed of SIA-certified agents, to ensure we can give you true security protection in every situation.
Immediate Intervention
(Intrusion Verified)
When our trained agents verify an intrusion, they take immediate action. They will activate ZeroVision, a device that expels dense smoke to create a zero visibility condition, frustrating the intruder's efforts. Simultaneously, the alarm Receiving Centre alerts the police and dispatches a guard if required. Our agents will contact you and inform you about what is happening. If they are unable to speak to you, they will call the contacts in your Action Plan.
